A classic quick and easy to make meal, which is a good source of carbohydrates and protein! If you're feeling adventurous, you can even add grated cheese, fried eggs or maybe another slice of toast! You can also try to get the tin of beans that has the lil sausages in! That'd be really fun!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tin of beans
  • 2 Slices of bread
  • A couple of spreads Butter or alternative

Method

  1. Empty the tin of beans into your pan and heat them on medium heat. Heat the beans for about 10 minutes. Apparently some people use their microwaves, they are wrong.
  2. Just before the beans are done put your bread into the toaster. It might need a couple of toastings, but be careful! You don't want to burn it
  3. Take your toast out of the toaster and butter it. If it's stuck, don't use a knife, or you might get a shock! Tip your beans on or around the toast and you're done!
