- 500g Self_rasing flour
- 50g White sugar
- 200ml milk
- 5g salt
- 125g butter
- 50ml double cream
- 1 egg
- 1.Add sugar, salt to the flour, all filtered and mix.
- 2.Add butter and double cream to the flour, and mix them for 5min，into a large dough.
- 3.Roll the dough into 3cm pan and using round cutters to cut into 15 pieces.
- 4.add egg fluid to the top of each piece.
- 5.put into the oven for 18min under 200c.
