Purely homemade.

Ingredients

  • 500g Self_rasing flour
  • 50g White sugar
  • 200ml milk
  • 5g salt
  • 125g butter
  • 50ml double cream
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. 1.Add sugar, salt to the flour, all filtered and mix.
  2. 2.Add butter and double cream to the flour, and mix them for 5min´╝îinto a large dough.
  3. 3.Roll the dough into 3cm pan and using round cutters to cut into 15 pieces.
  4. 4.add egg fluid to the top of each piece.
  5. 5.put into the oven for 18min under 200c.
