A easy Kale pesto, great served with spaghetti!

Ingredients

  • 85g Toasted Pine Nuts
  • 85g Parmesan
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 150ml Olive Oil
  • 85g Kale
  • 1 Lemon Juice of 1 lemon

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend into a smooth paste.
  2. Serve with Spaghetti or your favourite pasta!
