A easy Kale pesto, great served with spaghetti!
- 85g Toasted Pine Nuts
- 85g Parmesan
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 150ml Olive Oil
- 85g Kale
- 1 Lemon Juice of 1 lemon
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend into a smooth paste.
- Serve with Spaghetti or your favourite pasta!
