Thick and dark homemade onion chutney.
- 8 Onions (sliced)
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Star Anise
- 200g Brown Sugar
- 300ml Red Wine Vinegar
- Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over a medium heat and simmer for 30mins until the chutney is thick and dark.
- Either serve, or store for later!
